The "Associated Watchlist" option does exactly what you are stating. Refer to the following: Changing the Symbol of a Chart: Using the Associated Watch List Note the paragraph at the bottom of the above section that talks about adding a Control Bar item for the Watchlist, so you can easily select the symbol you want.
