The problem is you are using the New Zealand server: 2025-09-24 19:13:02.172 | Denali Data Feed | Connecting to the server ds40.sierracharts.com. Port 10048
And earlier today, there were Internet connectivity issues to that server. We do plan to set up a new server, in Japan which will be closer to your location.
