I have a cell in my spreadsheet system for trading for Trending trades J127. It only allows trending trades when set to 1. I am manually changing this value in my spreadsheet from 0 to 1 at the moment. I would like to add a button to the control bar on my chart to toggle this via the button. I know I can customize the control bar. Is there already some source code that does this for an Advanced Custom Study Interaction With the Control Bar Button? How do I do that? Also, the instructions say: 'If you only have the text of the source code and not the file, then you will first need to save it to a text file that has a CPP extension'. Can I use a text editor such as Notepad to save a .txt file and then just rename it to a .cpp file extension? Or do I need to convert or compile the file somehow? Thanks! |
