Hello! I am reaching out for assistance on the final part of account set up, which I have not been able to find a solution for on the support board. The Sierra Chart account is under 1 username and password, with 2 seperate instances. I had set up alerts, following the instructions from the ChatAndCommunicationsPlatform section with great care. The instance account was able to send alerts to the chat and through ntfy without any issues, but not the original account, despipte the exact same set up followed and the original account being set up first [tried first both in seperate unique chat groups, also tried together in one]. The orignial account would send this error message: User [xyz] does not have access rights to post messages to chat. So I deleted the ntfy app, reset the push to toggle for a new username/password, and tried to start the process from scratch. Now, both accounts send the exact same message as the original account in the message log: User [xyz] does not have access rights to post messages to chat. To also clarify, the alerts work without issue locally on the charts, but they do not send to the chat. Please advise how to best proceed from here. I am fine with downloading a new sierra chart file and copying everything over if it will solve things, but I'd like to save a few days of effort if that is not the solution. Thanks!
