Unfortunately, there is nothing unusual in the Trade Service Log, so that does not tell us anything. The orders seem perfectly normal in your chart. If you click on the "0" for the quantity in either of the working order lines, do you get a window open that allows you to change the quantity and price? You can enter a value in this window, but it will not actually change the quantity, since that will be set once the parent order fills. But you should get the window, which at least tells us that the action is being done.
