What exactly occurs when you select the 'X' for a working order? Does the "x" highlight when you move your mouse over it and before you select it? After you try to select the "X" open the "Message Log" and "Trade >> Trade Service Log" and see if there is anything in either of those logs related to why a working order was not closed. Post anything to here that may relate to this so we can take a look.
