Issue #1: There is something else going on here. There is absolutely no connection between the Study Collection and replay and trading. It sounds to us like you do not have a study loaded that is required that is then getting loaded through the Study Collection. You really need to do some extra troubleshooting to determine what is going on. What tool are you using to place trades? Issue #2: This sounds fairly normal with the option to calculate at every tick/trade. The system is just very busy doing the calculations and the UI is not very responsive due to this.
