I searched the boards before posting.

I have done all of the steps listed in other posts regarding this topic in the "Understanding and Accessing data from ... " , "connecting to the live funded account", and updating to 2789 64 bit

for my cash account Teton / Denali / edge clear / service pack 12 - i am funded live

When i connect to my cash account broker or SC data the data works and live data comes in.

However, when change the connection back to Rithmic it does not work ( no live data and the last data is from 9-2-2025 ) and the error shows again " Historical intraday data download skipped "

No errors or denied access codes in the message logs.

I have spoken with the funded account tech support and they have said it must be an issue with Sierra Chart. I called my broker and they say its not a Sierra Chart issue it is the funded account / rithmic problem.

I am using Rithmic for a trail account it has worked in the past and when i use Rtraderpro desktop application I am able to see live data and execute.

I understand the policy on support for Rithmic and if that is the only response I understand. I was warned.
