If you want these to be attached orders to a parent, then you should use one of the "Send Attached Orders by Position/Price" order types. Refer to the following: Order Types: Send Attached Orders - Position/Price Otherwise, submitting an OCO will be limited to the 1 Target and 1 Stop, but these can have attached orders of their own.
