These are transmitted by the exchanges and according to official CTA and UTP specifications they are to be included. We have learned, that this type of filtering is a fully unacceptable and an invalid concept: Sierra Chart - If I can recommend adding something similar to post #3. A filter by time and % (outside last candle range) that will trim any prices at that time outside a value range.
Sierra Chart used to have this, and it was removed. We would never add this.
