With regards to missing historical data, this is common with Rithmic data. Refer to the following: Rithmic Trading Platform Service: Rithmic Support Policy Given the missing historical data and the Permission Denied error, we do have to wonder if you have the entries on the "Data/Trade Service Settings" for "Historical Data Username" and/or "Historical Data Password" correct. So we recommend checking those. In the end, we recommend using our Denali Exchange Data Feed to get your data rather than using Rithmic.
