Hello, I'm writing to you because I'm experiencing a problem when I change chartbooks. When I try to open a new chartbook, I get this message (see attachment). This problem is the same when I try to add assets to my Boardquote. Furthermore, I purchased the 12th subscription to access the MBOs; once I add the columns to my DOM, I get no values.
