We see that you have the option for "Save Message Log to File" set to "Yes". Therefore, we would like to see if there is anything in the saved log file, which will tell us if the issue is due to colors or something else.

Please use the Operating System file manager to go to the main Sierra Chart installation folder on your system (typically this would be C:\SierraChart, but could be different). Then go to the "Logs" folder. In that "Logs" folder, find a recent Message Log (not the most current one) and attach it to this thread for us to take a look. Refer to the following for how to get us a file:
