Select "Global Settings >> Message Categories". This controls what types of messages are added to the Message Log. If all of these are set to "No" then this would be why you are not getting anything showing in the log. Change the items you want to see to "Yes". Another possibility is that the color of the text for the Message Log is set to be the same as the background color. This color is controlled through the following item: Graphics Settings: General Text Window Foreground Color One final possibility, although it would be surprising, is that your system is out of resources to be able to post the information to the log. In this case, exit from all programs and reboot your system. Then start Sierra Chart again and see if the problem is resolved.
