Sierra Chart does not have support for data from CQG for the CME Group and EUREX.

On May 1, 2025, the CME Group exchange that you had active did not renew as you did not have an active package at that time. When you activated the package after this, you did not also activate the exchange, therefore you are not getting the data.

Keep in mind that the exchanges are not pro-rated and renew on a calendar month basis. So you may want to wait until tomorrow (August 1, 2025) before activating an exchange. Otherwise, if you activate an exchange today (July 31, 2025) you will pay the full price for the exchange only to get the data for 1 day. And then pay again on August 1, 2025, in order to get the data for August.
