There is the following in your log:
2025-07-31 06:58:04.904 | Trading message from IB: Order Event Warning:Attribute 'Outside Regular Trading Hours' is ignored based on the order type and destination. PlaceOrder is now being processed. Error Code: 2109. ServiceOrderID: 10. InternalOrderID: 152.
2025-07-31 06:58:05.093 | Trading message from IB: Order Event Warning:Attribute 'Outside Regular Trading Hours' is ignored based on the order type and destination. PlaceOrder is now being processed. Error Code: 2109. ServiceOrderID: 12. InternalOrderID: 154.
2025-07-31 06:58:05.208 | Trading message from IB: Order Message: BUY 1 NVTS NASDAQ.NMS Warning: Your order was repriced so as not to cross a related resting order. Error Code: 399. ServiceOrderID: 10. InternalOrderID: 152. *

The first two are stating that the attribute "Outside Regular Trading Hours" is being ignored. We do not know why there would be an attribute set to this, but if it is being ignored, then it does not matter. Although we do wonder what you have set for the "Time in Force" for both the parent and child orders. Refer to the following:
Basic Trading and the Trade Window: Main >> TimeInForce (Time in Force):

Attached Orders: Time In Force

The last error is stating that an order is being repriced, but it does not give any information on what it is being repriced to. We wonder if this is what is causing the issue. You would need to work with Interactive Brokers on what that particular error means and exactly what occurred to that order.
