If you're talking about update speed/CPU usage using the native studies/Denali, it's going to be a manual process (at least in my experience).

Build the chartbook one element at a time and log performance changes with a diagnostic tool like HWinfo.

The studies window shows you execution time in ms which can be useful to id possible problems.

After you have everything you want included, you can fine tune chart update intervals.

Custom Study issues usually come down to the code itself. That's another topic but chrono can be useful there.
