Is there an issue... My Sierra Chart is not connecting. It is yellow in the upper left of main screen and just says connecting. Error Message says: Connection error message from service: Teton CME Routing| Logon error received from server. Secondary instance not allowing connections to this server.| Date-time 2025-07-25 15:10:25. BTW I was connected all day and left for a while and when I came back this is the message. I am ONLY running 1 instance on one computer. I exited and restarted - no change. Also not running a VPN. Also I did not exit while I was gone.
