To remove orders and positions you will need to make sure that Trade >> Chart Trade Mode On is disabled: Trade Menu: Chart Trade Mode On (Trade menu) Also check the various settings in Chart >> Chart Settings >> Trading related to the display of the Orders and Position lines.
