You have the following exchanges active with our Denali Exchange Data Feed: - CME Non-Professional Top-of-Book - NYMEX with Market Depth for Non-Professional Trading Accounts As such, you are getting data for products traded on the CME and NYMEX from us. Any other data would be coming from Rithmic. You specifically mentioned CL and GC. CL trades on the NYMEX exchange, so you are getting data for CL from us. GC trades on the COMEX exchange, so the data for GC is coming from Rithmic. If you want to get the data for GC from us, then you would need to activate one of the COMEX exchanges (either Top-of-Book or "with Market Depth", depending on whether you need Market Depth data or not). For next month we would recommend changing to one of the "Full CME Group" options for your data, as this will be cheaper overall, since you are going to have 3 of the 4 exchanges active anyway. The other option, if you do not want to activate the COMEX exchange would be to install a second Sierra Chart and leave the service set to "SC Data". You will then get the delayed streaming data from us, which will allow you to get all the historical data as well. Putting the above aside, you should not be having an issue with CL. Have you redownloaded the data for CL? If so, do you recall the earliest contract that showed in the list?
