Sorry, I replied to the post before seeing your answer - so the issue is due to Rithmic, at least now I know why. There was I misunderstanding from my side because I thought that having Denali as data provider would enable me to download outside of Rithmic field; anyway, what you suggest is: Install a second installation of SC, connect to Teton and use its symbols and download data with it. Right? And would have to pay extra fees for that?
