Hi, in Sierra Chart Historical Data Service: Setup Instructions it states: "Tick by tick data for futures contracts on the CME/NYMEX/COMEX/CBOT begins at 2011. Prior to this the CME/NYMEX/COMEX/CBOT data is in 1 minute units and begins at June 2008.", but if I try to set up a chart of CL future (30 minutes timeframe, continuous, back adjusted) it starts only from 2020 (Global settings>data/trade service settings>Maximum historical intraday days to download is set to 10000; I am on SC service package 11 with Denali). Why? |
