John,
I have clients who use Prop Alpha software, which sits w your servers. The 2 most important studies feed off of volume charts. So for the studies to be accurate, the feed has to be the same for all clients so we see signals at the exact same time. I now have an issue w a new client you may remember in Chicago at Prime trading. I sent a screenshot of ES, and he messaged back 'mine doesn't look like that'. ie there are differences in impulse bars and a momo study.

1- I jump on his computer to check all charts and studies are exact They were.

2- I have him send me his chartbook(which I made). He uses SC data. I have both SC and Teton-both are always mirror images

3- Load his chartbook onto my pc and SC data-it matches exactly to my SC and Teton chartbooks. I was screensharing with him so I could see in real-time his chartbook on his pc, and his chartbook on my pc. I have a screenshot so you can see the differences.

4- Speak to the IT guy at Prime who says there is nothing at Prime that would affect the feed. He also suggests I send my chartbook to Brian to see if it gets corrupted on his pc. I sent my chartbook, it is the same, slightly(BUT CRUCIALLY) off data.

5- Speak to other clients, all of whom use SC data-all match my charts. One of the clients is in Chicago, not far from Brian, and his data is matches.

So John, I am asking you and your group of genius problem solvers what could be causing Brian's volume charts to give slightly different study readings, given that I have established 1-same data feed, 2-same exact chartbook, yet different charts. Please can you help today or make any suggestions? Thanks, mate, Karen
