My market data is definitely delayed. Please see the attached screenshot showing Sierra Chart side-by-side with TradingView (which I know provides delayed data) — both are displaying matching candles. Additionally, the DOM window in Sierra clearly indicates that the data is delayed in the top header.

The product I’m referring to is MYM, traded on the CME Exchange.

Also, the orange exclamation mark I mentioned appears on the Sierra Chart website under the ‘CME Exchanges’ section. I’ve attached a screenshot of that as well. It seems my trading account is not yet confirmed.

Is this something you can assist with, or could you point me in the right direction to get it sorted?
