Thanks for the quick turnaround earlier, and apologies for reaching out again.

I’ve activated the CME exchange as advised, but my DOM is still showing delayed data. There’s an orange exclamation mark, and it seems there may be additional details required regarding my trading account.

I’m with AMP, and they set me up with Teton just yesterday. In Data/Trade Service Settings, the selected service is: Teton CME Routing.

Could you please check on your side if everything has been configured correctly for real-time data? Let me know if anything is missing on my end.
