Hi Sierra Chart Support,

My name is Yanir, and I’m reaching out for support regarding an ongoing issue I’m experiencing when trying to use Sierra Chart with my Apex Trader Funding account via Rithmic.

The Problem
Although I’m able to connect successfully to the Rithmic server (connection confirmed both by Apex and visible in Sierra Chart's message logs), I keep getting repetitive disconnections specifically related to CME data.
The platform briefly completes the data download with a green message, but immediately restarts the "Downloading Historical Intraday Data" process. This loop prevents any stable visualization of charts and makes trading impossible.

Additional Context
✅ I’ve purchased Package 11 and signed all the required agreements for CME data in the user portal.

✅ My Rithmic account is valid, and CME entitlements are enabled, as confirmed by Apex support.

✅ I’m not located in a restricted or banned country (I’m based in Israel).

✅ I’ve selected "Apex" under System Settings in Sierra Chart and not "Rithmic Paper Trading".

✅ I’ve allowed SierraChart_64.exe through both Public and Private firewall settings.

✅ I’ve installed and used Rithmic Trader Pro, confirming my credentials work.

❗ The issue only affects CME data — other symbols from different exchanges load and update correctly.
