Hi My problem is not loading data for a single chart, but when I open a sub-instance, I don`t get data for the chartbook I want to load in the sub-instance. The system says "Waiting to download historical intraday data" (see screenshot attached), but no data coming in. No problem to load the data for the chartbook in main instance. So I think the problem is in the functioning of the sub- instance.
