The exchange that you had active in June did not renew on July 1, 2025, due to insufficient funds in your account at that time. You can add funds to your account at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=AddAccountCredit#MoveToTop And then you can activate the exchange(s) for the real-time CME Group data at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges -- Keep in mind, the exchanges renew on a calendar month basis, therefore the fees will be taken out of your account on the first day of each month. This is different from how the packages renew, which is on a rolling 31 day basis.
