There is no support for a shortcut option that will start the replay at the bar pointed to, nor has there been. There is support for starting a replay, in general, that you can add to the shortcut menu. But this will start the replay based on the scroll location of the chart (or using the "Start from Date-Time" if selected on the Replay Window). It does not start from where the pointer is located.
