To start with, you have the following error:
Automated Trading is disabled. Trade Action not performed. Select 'Trade >> Auto Trading Enabled - Global/Chart' to enable.

Since you are using some form of an automated trading system, it is not working since you do not have "Auto Trading Enabled" enabled. There are two settings, one for the Chart and one Global. Make sure at least the Chart option is enabled (under the Trade menu).

Then we see the following:
Order modification failed | Rithmic Direct - DTC (Order cancel/replace reject). Internal Order ID: 157376. Service Order ID: 2312304349. Symbol: MNQU5.CME. Account: APEX-7366-190

This is probably the specific error related to the Stop not being closed. But there is no information from Rithmic on why this is occurring. You would need to ask your broker about this and see if they can get more information from Rithmic on what is occuring with this error and what the problem is.

We also see the following:
New order rejected - 'Trade >> Trading Locked' is enabled. Internal Order ID: 157443. Service Order ID: (none). Symbol: MNQU5.CME. Account: APEX-7366-190

This is similar to the Automated Trading error, in that you have "Trade >> Trading Locked" enabled, so you can not do any trading.
