There is no reason to use Curl to send a notification. On the "Push Notifications" section of our website, where you enable the notifications in order to get the Username and Password, there is a button for "Send Test Notification". Please use this, or if you have the Chat setup, then you can just type a message in the Chat for the push notifications group you created and that will be sent to your phone. Given that we are not sure where you are in the process at this point, we can only recommend starting over and using the methods we mentioned above to test the connection.
