The NPL (Net P/L) is the sum of the Open P/L and Closed (Daily) P/L. Since you are seeing the NPL in the Chart Trade Mode Box, this means that you have the following setting set to "Yes": Global Trade Settings Windows: Include Open P/L in Chart/Trade DOM P/L Display (NPL) (Global Settings >> Chart Trade Settings >> General >> Other) There is not a way to display just the Open P/L in that particular area. But you can use the "Trading: Profit/Loss Text" study to display the Open P/L for a chart.
