Hello Sierra Chart Support, I am currently subscribed to Service Package 12 and have an active subscription for Nasdaq TotalView data. However, I am unable to access real-time data within the platform. I’ve confirmed that my account is up to date, and my data services are paid for. I suspect there may be an issue with the data feed. Additionally, I do not have a trading account connected at this time. I am using Sierra Chart strictly for charting and data analysis. Could you please assist in resolving this issue? Here are a few relevant details: • Current Data Feed: Denali Exchange Data Feed • Exchange Subscriptions: Nasdaq TotalView (Full Book Depth) • Package: Service Package 12 (Advanced + Denali Feed) • Issue Observed: No real-time data is coming through for Nasdaq symbols (e.g., AAPL, MSFT).
