The differences in the location of the Point of Control is due to how weekly bars are determined versus intraday bars. Weekly bars are made up of historical daily data, in which each day has only the Open/High/Low/Close/Volume information. Therefore, what you are getting in the weekly chart is the POC for the center of the day that has the highest volume for that week. Whereas, when you look at a TPO, you are dealing with the Intraday data, which then gives you the actual highest volume at all prices for that time period. In the end, these are going to be different. If you want the proper POC for the week, then you would need to use Intraday data to form the weekly bars.
