First, the permission denied error is a long-standing issue with Rithmic. We have told them to provide a more descriptive message as to exactly what the problem is. But they just simply cannot due to their architecture. Other than the information we provide here we do not know the cause: Rithmic Trading Platform Service: Permission Denied Resolution Procedure The only thing that could be on the Sierra Chart side, related to this is not having the right Server selected and not having the correct username and password entered, which are supported by that Server.
