SC Engineering - really appreciate the help even though the issue is/was with Rithmic (who are useless at responding to support queries!). I'm still having the same "Permission Denied" issue even though I've followed your resolution procedure. Up until yesterday I've never seen this error before. Is their anything else to try from SC side? Thanks. Note: I'm going around in circles with this one as my broker (APEX) is saying it's an interface problem with SC. I've told them it's not SC it's with Rithmic. And I guess Rithmic is probably telling APEX that it's not them it's with SC! |
