4 or 5 seconds sounds like a lot, are you actually seeing the chart "lock" for those 4 or 5 seconds? If not, then this is not an issue with Sierra Chart, as the system is still working and will show the information when it is received. We see you are using Rithmic, and we would point to that as the main issue. We hear a lot of these kind of delays with Rithmic.
