Hello, I’m experiencing an issue with the Rithmic connection on Sierra Chart. Everything had been working perfectly for over a year, and I haven’t changed any settings — but today, I can no longer connect. I’ve tried all available Rithmic server options. I usually connect through “Rithmic 01 - Chicago Area - Non-Aggregated” because I trade exclusively on COMEX. However, switching to other servers (like Europe) is not an option for me — none of them work for COMEX access, and I’ve tried them all. Additionally, I don’t have the option “Rithmic Trading via R|Trader (DTC)” in the Data/Trade Service Settings. I’ve checked carefully, and the only Rithmic option I see is Rithmic Direct - DTC. How can I resolve this issue? Do I need to install or activate something else to get the missing service to appear? Thanks in advance for your help, Best regards, |
