It is definitely going to be slower, as it is needing to update all the charts, so it will not be exactly like real-time, or like replaying a single chart. Also, are you being prompted for a "Processing Time in Seconds"? This will occur if you are using either "Accurate Trading System Back Test Mode" or "Calculate at Every Tick/Trade" for the "Replay Mode" along with calculating multiple charts. If you are getting this, what are you entering for the value? This will affect how the charts are updated.
