Support: I am new to Sierra Chart and wish to trade live, however, I am unable to enter my open trading account number into the system. I have read the documentation and turned off Trade Simulation Mode but TAL still reports that I am still in "Trade simulation". The Chart Trading window will not allow me to enter my account and remains totally blank with no facility to input account information. Please assist me in connecting to my futures account.
