John, I see this: 2760 Release Date: 2025-05-26 [Link] - [Top] An issue has been discovered, with DTC-based connections, where received Trading messages may stop getting processed, on the client side if the message queue of the primary thread has no space available. Normally a condition like this should never happen. But could happen in the event where a user has a lot of charts and Chartbooks, open and a very low chart update interval like 10 ms and there is a high processing load. This might potentially cause the message queue of the primary thread to become temporarily full at times. When this happens, there is a possibility that the processing of certain types of messages like Trading messages with DTC client connections could stop getting processed until there is a reconnection. In this case there will not be an automatic reconnection. A solution has been implemented to this problem, where when this condition occurs, the next received message, that is for the primary thread, will attempt to notify the primary thread of the message again. We strongly recommend that users of Teton order routing, the Simulated Futures Trading services, or Rithmic, update to this version or higher as soon as possible. In the case of Teton order routing, if there is no response for an order that is transmitted to the Trading server, this order will not be set to an Error status and will remain with its existing status. In the case of Teton order routing this is the appropriate action to take. |
