Two Questions 1) I only have my USD card, which option should I use, because i can only see paypal, stripe and bitcoin. I would prefer just using my card directly. 2) Which package is recommended for using FXCM forex pairs, combined with TPO and footprint charts. Is it package 5 or 11? Would be anticipating your response. Thank you |
