There are two things we want you to do regarding this issue. Disconnect from the data feed: File >> Disconnect. Delete all of the market depth data files since May 15, 2025 for that symbol: Chart Data and Chart Data Files: Deleting a Market Depth Data File Fully re-download the data for that symbol (AAPL-NQTV): Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download" from the main Sierra Chart menu. You just need to do this once per symbol and not for each chart. This command is on the main Sierra Chart menu at the top. Only use it from that location. You should no longer have the issue.
