Please do the following for us: - Make sure Trade Simulation Mode On is not enabled (i.e. you want to be Live trading) - Select "Trade >> Trade Service Log" to open the Trade Service Log - Select "Edit >> Clear Log" on the Trade Service Log window. - Select "Yes" to the query of do you really want to clear the log. - Select "Close" to close the "Trade Service Log". - Enter a "Market" order using whatever method you are using to do this. - Select "Trade >> Trade Service Log" - Get us the text from the Trade Service Log by following these instructions: Support Board Posting Information: Providing Lines From Trade Service Log For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
