Everything works fine for us with your chart and it is doing exactly what we expect. Attached are two images. The one named "Initial.png" is what we see when we opened your chartbook (we did have to change the symbol, so that is the one difference). In this case, both the Last Traded Bid and Last Traded Ask are highlighted. We then set the option for "Trade >> Chart DOM Settings >> Display Both Last Traded Recent Bid and Ask Background" to "No" and got just one side highlighted. This is reflected in the image named "AfterSettingChange.png". So we do not understand what could be occurring on your system to be causing this. If you are still having an issue, then please get us two images as we have done. One before you change the setting and one after.
