I just want Either Last traded recent BID or Last traded recent ASK background to show up, not both.
We understand this. And the option we gave you should work for this. It does not make any sense that you are not seeing anything when you set the option to "No", which is what we are trying to figure out. Attached are two images. One that shows both items highlighted, as the option for "Display Last Traded Recent Bid and Ask Background" set to "Yes". The other shows that option set to "No" and only one side highlighted (whichever side was last traded). So we do not know how you are not seeing the one highlight. If the option is set to "No", you have both the graphics settings enabled, and you have the correct columns displayed, then you should be seeing the background highlighted on one side. Please get us your chart and your Sierra4.config file so we can take a look at what is occurring. The Sierra4.config file is located in your main Sierra Chart installation folder.
