You have enabled the option for automatic payments, but you have not entered a card number. Therefore the automatic payments are not fully setup at this time. This occurs when you select the button for "Enable Recurring Billing" on the Account Control Panel. To set this up properly, you need to do it from the "Payments" page in the section for "Pay with PayPal V2 with Auto Billing Support" and enter your card information on the next page and then select the button to enable recurring billing and save the card.
