We are not understanding the particular issue you are trying to state. If you cut a drawing, the anchor point does shift, and essentially the drawing is changed to what it now is (for instance, cutting a ray turns that into a line). But the points at which the original anchor and the new anchor are located should give you the exact same drawing for where it is still displayed. The only reason this would not be the case is if you have the option for "Auto Snap on Adjust" enabled, so it is snapping the new anchor to the nearest Open/High/Low/Close and actually changing the drawing itself. One other possible reason for a difference would be if the cutting were to be done very close to an original anchor point, such that there are not enough bars to properly interpolate the position. If you are having a problem where a drawing is not cutting properly, then we would need to see this.
