My attached 240min chart looks exactly like the screenshot you have shown me. I am on a 240min chart like yours, and I have changed my time zone settings through Global Settings >> Time Zone Settings, and set it to Chicago to match your image. I have also included a screenshot of my Chart Settings >> Session Times settings for clarity.
