What you state is the case. The price moved fast enough that it was above the price that the Stop wanted to be placed at. Hence the reason for the rejection. Had the order actually been entered, you would have been immediately closed out of the position for a loss. You may want to increase the offset for the stop you want to use in order to avoid this occurring.
